Click on SIGN IN/REGISTER at the top of any page on the website. Then click on Register now. Enter your email address and password. Re-enter your password to create an account. Your email ID will be used as your default username for your account.

While choosing a password, please remember that:

  1. Passwords are case sensitive. For example Password and password will be treated as different from one another.
  2. Passwords must be of 6 or more characters.
  3. Adding numbers and special characters to your password will make them difficult to hack.

While registering, you can opt to combine your offline British Pharmacy ID to your online account by providing your British Pharmacy ID or registered phone number. You will be required to enter a verification code sent to your phone to complete the registration process.

If you are not an existing British Pharmacy customer, you can create a British Pharmacy ID while completing the registration process.

You have an option to do this anytime later by visiting the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

Your order will be delivered as per the ‘Estimated Delivery Date’ committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from the “My Orders” section. Keep a lookout for our order delivery updates.

Note: Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, the delivery date may not be as per usual timelines and we request you to bear with us. But rest assured, we are working round the clock to deliver your order as soon as possible.

You can cancel your order from the ‘Order Details’ screen before it is out for delivery. Simply click on the Account icon at the bottom of the App Homepage > select ‘Orders’ > Select the order which you want to cancel > tap “Cancel”. You can also refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed if it meet our cancellation policy requirements to the payment source, if the order amount was paid online.

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. You can place a fresh order.

Please click on “Address Book” or “Manage Addresses” and you will be able to add “Additional Address Entries” using the “Add New Address” button. During Checkout on the “Shipping” page the “Default Billing/Shipping Address” and “Additional Addresses” are presented for your “Shipping Address”. Once confirmed and you are moved to the “Payment” page you will then need to uncheck “My billing and shipping address are the same.” This will provide a dropdown with all “Address Book Addresses” and you can select from those or provide a new address.

So the pills (generic version) you received normally will look different from their branded counterparts, even though both contain the same active ingredient(s) and work in the same way exactly.

Yes, delivery charges may be applicable for some orders. This will depend on the destination address and order amount. Delivery charges will be communicated on the order review page before confirmation and payment.

Generic Drugs, also known as Generics or Generic Medications, are drugs that are marketed without brand names and are considered identical as their brand-name counterparts in all respects such as strength, dose, active ingredients, intended use, route of administration, efficacy, bioavailability and safety. As required by the CDSCO, India’s regulatory body for pharmaceuticals, Generics must meet the same rigid standards as set for brand-name counterparts.
